The art of healing
Weaving together Indigenous wisdom, music, and therapeutic expertise
Welcome!
I'm Claudia Cuentas. As a Peruvian immigrant, artist, and therapist (LMFT), I am dedicated to bridging ancestral wisdom with contemporary paths to healing. Grounded by my Aymara and Quechua lineage, I specialize in preparing practitioners for psychedelic-assisted therapy. This education provides a deep focus on psilocybin facilitation and how to work within professional, legal, and traditional frameworks. My work explores the powerful connections between art, trauma recovery, and decolonizing wellness. And music is the sacred thread that weaves all of these worlds into one
Finding your unique concept of healing
To truly be in service, we must first know ourselves. What are the schools of thought, the life experiences, and the ancestral lineages that shape your unique conceptualization of healing? If you are on this path as a professional, it is your responsibility to track what moves you and what holds you, so you can stand with integrity in your work.
For me, healing is a living framework; it is the act of returning to our interconnectedness. This framework is based on our personal cosmology, our lineage, our life experience, and our own inner intelligence.
‘Ayni' Indigenous Principle as My Guide
It is the understanding that we are in a constant, symbiotic relationship with everything and everyone, at all times. It is the deep knowing that nature is our ultimate guide and that true healing is a return to oneness—a return to a more human humanity.
